 Technique #23
|
Wipe plate with a damp sponge to remove any bisque
dust. Use Fan Glaze brush to apply three coats Key Lime glaze to the front
and back of the plate. Allow each coat to dry well. Use liner brush and
Black Concepts to apaint a thin, slightly wavy line around the inside of the
plate. See picture for placement. Use the round brush to apply white circles
here and there near the line. These are the berries. Rinse out the round
brush and use it to paint Light Wintergreen strokes around the edge of the
plate for leaves. Fill the brush for each press, pull, and lift leaf. Use
the liner brush to carefully outline each leaf in black. Go back and circle
each berry in black, and add one black dot on some of the berries. Stilt and
fire to witness cone 06
