Ordering Information
| We have tried to work with the Post Office on
sending packages using Priority mail to APO and FPO addresses. At this time we
are NOT able to ship to APO & FPO addresses. This is because the US Postal
Service is not accepting Ship n Click packages to these addresses. We are sorry
for the inconvenience. Email us if you wish to use USPS Priority Mail shipping to Hawaii or Alaska. We must have your zip code and what you wish to order if we are to give you correct shipping charges. UPS now offers Ground service to Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska. |
| While we do try to have stock on hand there may be times when
we are out of stock and your order may be delayed. Be assured that we are doing
our best to fulfill each order in a timely fashion. Most orders usually ship
within five working days of receiving your order. We will not charge
your credit card until the day of shipment. During peak times, such as holidays, or for large orders, we may require more time. If there is going to be a delay, you will be advised via email after receiving your order. Unless otherwise specified by you, orders are shipped via UPS Ground, FOB Duluth, Georgia (USA). |
| Discounts: |
| Creative Glazes gives a 10% discount on any order over $100. Your discount will show in your shopping cart when your order exceeds $100. |
| Shipping Charges: |
| Shipping charges vary according to destination, size & weight of packages. We will do everything possible to provide you with the lowest shipping charge possible. You pay only item price plus shipping and handling unless sales tax is required. There are no hidden charges. You will see the exact amount due before you submit your completed order. |

| We are located, and ship from, just outside of Atlanta,
Georgia. Click on the Time in Transit map on our home page to see how long your
glaze package will take in shipping. (Click here for
UPS Time in Transit map) Note: UPS will NOT ship to a P.O. Box, APO or FPO address! This is not our choice, it is standard UPS policy. |

| Creative Glazes offers your choice of: UPS GND, UPS Next Day,
2Day or 3Day shipping. Please check the link to 'Shipping Time' on our home page to find out how long your UPS package will take to arrive. |

| Sales Tax: |
| Sales tax, for Georgia residents only, is 4% to 7% depending on ship-to county. |
| Missing Shipments: |
| We will be happy to trace any missing packages which were shipped via UPS. Notify us as soon as possible so that we may contact UPS and start the search. |
| Listed Prices |
| Prices listed are Suggested Retail Price and do not include shipping and handling, or sales tax (sales tax applicable for Georgia residents only). Prices are in US dollars. |
| BackOrders: |
| Creative Glazes does not backorder items. If you order something and we ship without it (per your instructions) we will not ship the item to you when it is restocked. At the end of your order we have a Survey asking if you want us to (1) ship without an item if it is out of stock, or (2) if you want us to hold your order until our restocking order comes in, or (3) if we should call or (4) email you. The choice is yours. |
| Return/Replacement Policy: |
| Your satisfaction is important to us. If there is a problem,
contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order and we will work out
the details of items to be returned. If items are damaged upon arrival
immediately notify UPS and save the box and all damaged items. Items shipped
UPS are always insured. If you wish to return glazes because you purchased the wrong thing, you will be refunded the cost of the item, not including shipping and handling. Returning the item will be at your expense. Returned items must be received in the same condition as when they were shipped. Please call or email before returning any item purchased from Creative Glazes. We will issue an RMA for the returned items. Items returned without an RMA will not be accepted. | Methods of Payment |
| We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Your credit card will be charged on the day of shipment of your purchase. New Option - Mail Order. Place your order, then mail us a check for the total - including shipping and handling. When your check is received we will ship your order to you. Prices are in US dollars. |
