Ceramics Insider Tip - New Use for Knee Highs
We teach in a public school system. When the students are done
painting they love to wash their brushes. We have a big sink with three
faucets. I tied three knee high stockings to the faucet and put Ivory soap in
the knee highs. All one has to do is gently rinse the brush, paint on a little
Ivory soap, gently go back and fourth in the palm of one's hands and then
rinse. Pat dry, lay flat and you're done. Even the art teacher's kids love that
and the brushes are really happy. Have a good one.
