We've talked about majolica before, but we thought the topic should be reviewed again. Majolica is the process of painting on a non-moving, unfired glaze background. But, this doesn't limit you to plain white satin glaze! You can paint with either Concepts Underglazes or EZ Strokes Underglazes right over many of the latest non-moving glazes.

Try painting Mesa Clay and Indian Summer EZ Strokes on Ivory Sandstars for a Southwestern look. Or use Dark Delft Concepts over Greystone Stonewashed glaze for an old-fashioned grey on blue look. Paint White Concepts flowers on China Flesh Satin glaze for a romantic look. The possibilities are endless. Let your imagination run wild and see what you can come up with. Or, as a last resort - paint your brightly colored design on White Satin for a classic look that is sure to please.
