Can I pick my
order up and save on shipping?
Yes! We welcome customers to
stop in and shop. It's best to send your order to us in advance so we can have
it ready for you, but you don't have to do that. If you would like to order
first, just place your order as usual on the internet, but make a note in the
comment area that you will pick your order up, rather than have it shipped. We
will have your order pulled and ready for you, and your invoice will be ready,
but not printed. People often come in and add something that they had forgotten
to order.
Of course, if you are in the neighborhood you're welcome to
drop in and buy what you need during regular hours. We're here from 9 am until
6 pm, Monday through Friday. Call us for directions. 770-476-7322

How do I place an
order with Creative Glazes?
Ordering is easy.
1.)
Start on our home page and click on Directory to see a full listing of what is
available. Or click on Duncan, Mayco, Kemper or Accessories to go directly to
what you're looking for. Click on the catgory of your choice, then choose your
glaze or underglaze color.
2.) Click on our
buttons to add items to your shopping cart.
buttons are located next to each color or size choice.
3.) See your
shopping cart contents by clicking on
. This is where you can add or remove items if you've missed
something or accidentally added the same thing twice.
4.) While in the
shopping cart you can check shipping to your location by clicking on 'Compute
Shipping'. Just insert your zip code and our shopping cart will do the rest.
This makes it easy to see if you can afford to add more glazes, too!
5.)
When choices are complete go to
to finalize your order. When you get to the shopping cart page
where you insert your personal information it will be encripted using 128 bit
SSL (Secure Socket Layer). You can then be assured your purchase information is
secure.
